The amount of the hotels is increasing every day. Nowadays, there are more than 500 hotels in Azerbaijan. In the capital Baku, there are already more than 150 hotels starting from three stars to 5 stars. The prices of the hotels varies according to the star rate, seasonality and whether there is big event or holidays. The minimal price of the hotels start from 50 AZN (azerbaijani manats) which is in dollars equivalent of 30.
In the periods of the first hotel boom, many five star and four star hotels were built in Baku and other big cities of Azerbaijan. There are several ways to book your hotel room, such as online booking, via tour operators or directly from the hotel.
Hotel personnel will be able to assist customers in a variety of languages but mostly, hotel employees are likely to speak English, Russian, Turkish and Arabic.
It is strongly advisable to book accommodation in advance of arrival because Azerbaijan is currently enjoying a boom in tourism and hotels are often booked up.
